The Founder — Disha Gaur

At the very core of The BODMAS is Disha Gaur — more than just our founder. She is a magician of moments, a beacon of authenticity, embodying humility and empathy. With a presence that sprinkles magic wherever she goes, Disha's rare ability to see parts of you that others cannot reach makes every encounter unforgettable — be it a fleeting thirty-second conversation or a lifelong relationship. She doesn't create experiences; she uncovers the soul's hidden treasures and brings them to life.
Recognised as a pioneering Experience Curator and Art Director, Disha is celebrated as one of Dubai's most influential fashion connoisseurs and visionary creatives. Her expertise has attracted headhunting opportunities from major conglomerates including The Landmark Group and Sharaf Retail Group in the UAE, and her innovative approach to art and fashion has garnered widespread acclaim from prominent UAE and Indian media outlets. She combines strategic marketing prowess with a deep passion for education, serving as a distinguished Industry Professor at NIFT, UID, IIAD, and the FAD Institute of Luxury & Style in both the UAE and India, and as a consultant at Leverage Edu.
Her expansive and diverse creative portfolio encompasses roles such as Art Director, Fashion Show & Design Curator, Educator, Soft-Skills Trainer, Ramp Choreographer, Celebrity Stylist, Campaign & E-commerce Stylist, Brand & Market Launch Strategist, Wedding Planner, Pop-up & Showcase Organiser, and Fashion Editor/Copywriter. She is the visionary creative director behind several influential ventures, including CRUMACO Institute of Kinesiology, 1 Million Weddings, and FoodSpa — and founded The BODMAS.
Disha's collaborations span a spectrum of high-profile brands and events, including Pepsi Arabia, IIFA Premiere UAE, Fashion Forward Dubai, Dubai Design District, Global Village UAE, ART Week Dubai, SIKKA Art Festival, ICONIC Fashion Show, MAX Fashion Show, Forever 21 UAE, Cotton On Dubai, and TYPO, among others. Her work has also extended into the government sector, contributing to projects at Rashtrapati Bhavan, President's Estate, JLN Stadium, IG Stadium, Indira Paryavaran Bhavan, Garden of Five Senses, and Dilli Haat — including significant contributions to the Asian Para Games 2023 in Hangzhou, working closely with Indian athletes. She has collaborated with brand ambassadors such as Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan, and Varun Dhawan under The Landmark Group's brands Splash and Iconic in Dubai.
With a truly global footprint, Disha has worked across Europe — training local talent in Milan, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Geneva — and has mentored over 4,100 models, professionals, and students. Her television debut as first runner-up on MTV's 'Making the Cut-II' (South Africa, 2007) exemplifies her versatility and leadership. Her creative achievements have earned her multiple Adobe VDONXT awards for campaigns such as Jockey Ibiza, alongside features on Radio Mirchi, and awards at Pearl Academy of Fashion (affiliated with NTU UK), all while pursuing her English Honours degree from Delhi University.
